Resumen

Colombia finds itself at a moment when, after having signed peace agreements, being in obligatory isolation due to a pandemic and the adaptation to a new normality, remains an option as a tourist destination, which generates a challenge not only for the government, but also for businessmen and community members who work in favor of tourism, due to the adoption of new processes of biosecurity, the conservation, preservation and mitigation of the impact of the environment in its areas with natural attractions, in alternatives to transform the scenarios of conflict in attractive zones of tourism, to change the stress and confinement for scenarios of peace, tranquility and security of the hand with the nature. Therefore, this document analyzes the possible sustainability and economic growth of the ecological zones in the center of the country and especially in the department of Cundinamarca, focusing on sustainable tourism and ecotourism. From the application of prospective tools of information collection in the zone: Delphi survey, MICMAC technique and prospective scenarios, characterize the department in the geographical, cultural, and social scopes, determine the population, fields of action, companies that support ecotourism, tourist places frequented by the community, especially their level of education in the subject.
