This study analyzes the Škoda Experts automotive center with the aim of identifying its strengths and weaknesses to propose strategies that enhance its business performance. Using a qualitative methodology based on a descriptive case study, an organizational diagnostic tool validated by a focus group of experts was employed. The areas evaluated included strategy, finance, marketing, operations, and human resources management. The results indicate excellent performance in the financial area (88%) and satisfactory operational management (85%), while marketing showed the lowest score (70%), highlighting the need for better market segmentation and more effective promotional strategies. The primary conclusion suggests that, despite the company’s strong financial and operational management, it must prioritize the restructuring of the marketing area to ensure sustained growth. This organizational diagnosis provides a comprehensive view of the company’s current state and offers key recommendations that could serve as a reference for other small companies in the automotive sector.
