Introduction: The evolution of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations reflects a continuous growth in awareness of worker protection. This study reviews the historical evolution of OSH regulations in Colombia, with a focus on Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). Methodology: Documentary research was conducted using scientific sources, regulatory repositories and updates from Colombian legal bodies. Content analysis was used to interpret the regulatory instruments implemented. Results: The analysis shows sustained progress in OSH regulations in Colombia, evidencing greater awareness of comprehensive worker protection. Conclusions: The evolution of OSH regulations in Colombia reflects a growing commitment to occupational safety, moving towards healthier and safer conditions for workers.
