Resumen

Objective:This study analyses sustainable organizational management in Colombia, focusing on how economic policies influence corporate sustainability practices. The objective is to evaluate the impact of economic policies on the adoption of sustainable practices. The oretical Framework: The main concepts and theories supporting the researchare presented, highlighting the lack of effective integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria in Colombian companies. Method: The methodology includes a quantitative correlation analysis between economic policies and the ESG indicators of companies. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and secondary data analysis. Results and Discussion: The results show a positive relationship between favorable economic policies and improvements in ESG indicators. In the discussion, these results are contextualized in light of the theoretical framework, highlighting the identified implications and relationships, as well as possible discrepancies and limitations of the study. Research Implications: Practical and theoretical implications are discussed, providing information on how the results can be applied incorporate practices in Colombia . The implications cover areas such as the implementation of fiscal incentives, strict environmental regulations, and support for sustainable innovation. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by offering perspectives on best practices and specific challenges faced by companies in Colombia. The relevance of this research is evidenced in how there sults can impact the area of corporate sustainability and the collaboration between the public and private sectors.
